Whatever your role at ANZ, you'll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Location: Level 5, 240 St George Tce, Perth, WARole Type: Permanent, Full-timeWhat will your day look like?As an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to:Support the Relationship Manager in managing a portfolio of Health SME customersMaintain a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant ANZ health policies and proceduresMaintain control of workflows across all compliance and customer fulfilment processAct in the best interest of the customer and apply a customer-centric approachProactively develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needsProvide solution towards account maintenance and customer requestsCollaborate with Product Partners and other stakeholders to fulfil customers' needsWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Relationship Management: Building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.Portfolio Management: The selection, prioritisation and management of a portfolio of work/and or customers in line with its strategic objectives and capacity to deliver. The goal is to balance change initiatives and business-as-usual while optimising return on investment.Customer Solutioning: Supporting customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services, and/or providing considered options, that meet those needs.Fulfilment: The end-to-end execution of a process, or part thereof, to achieve a customer or end user outcome.Support credit approval activities with emerging proficiency in credit assessment and managementData Interpretation: Using data and reporting to draw insights to problem solve and/or inform business or customer decisions.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
