We know what it takes to lead an industry, and are looking for leaders who seek constant growth, want to excel, and continuously improve upon themselves and the industry.The culture at Revantage is built on our shared core values and commitment to be:Achievers: We expect high standards for ourselves and enable the success of our teams.Enthusiasts: We face challenges with optimism and believe anything is possible.Leaders: We commit to continuously improve our performance.Learners: We learn from our challenges, successes and the diversity of our people.Partners: We deliver value and positive impact to our partners.Responsibilities:Financial Accounting· Reviewing day to day accounting for various companies for our BREP investments:- Bank statements;- Incoming invoices;- Outgoing invoices;- Accruals and provisions;· Maintain interest calculation schedules;· Maintain amortisation / depreciation schedules if applicable;· Perform month-end reconciliations;· Review of accruals and provisions;· Perform Intercompany reconciliations and advise administration department on intercompany settlements where applicable;· Prepare financial statements.Administration & General· Assist with preparation of periodical Luxembourg VAT returns;· Review, filing and follow up of information provided by property managers;· Assist with preparation of monthly cash flows;· Assist with preparation of the monthly management reports;· Assist with information packages for lending banks if any;· Prepare financial information/analysis as required;· Prepare outgoing invoices where applicable;· Manage ad hoc correspondence;· Perform general administrative tasks.Assistance year end reporting process / audit process· Prepare annual US tax reporting packages;· Prepare annual accounts;· Assist with consolidation process;· Liaise with external auditors;· Prepare ad hoc reports / reconciliations. Qualifications:What You Bring To The RoleBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;At least 5+ years accounting/finance experience with a major accounting framework (IFRS, LUX/US GAAP);Solid understanding of main real estate and investment management metrics;Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow dynamics, and fluency in general accounting principles and rules;Fluent in Spanish and English (verbally and in writing) - any other language could be an advantage;Ability to thrive in a growth environment, adapt to changing circumstances and work autonomously;Excellent organizational and project management skills;Able to priorities on a daily basis and managing several competing deadlines;Able to take initiatives and to propose solutions and ways to improve processes;An analytical, creative thinker who can focus on the details without losing sight of the big picture;Managerial experience;Accounting certifications preferred (e.g., CPA).DIVERSITY MAKES US SMARTERWith an exceptionally high number of nationalities and spoken languages we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment for everyone — diversity and inclusion is the DNA of Revantage Europe.
