We deliver secure electricity to homes and businesses throughout the Southwest Interconnected System (SWIS) from Coral Bay in the north, to Kalgoorlie in the east, and to Esperance in the southClick to discover more about how Western Australia’s energy landscape is evolving to become more sustainable.Role Summary:The Business Analyst position is a diverse and solution focused opportunity within our Customer Projects & Enablement Team based at our Perth CBD offices.The purpose of this role is to provide insights and recommended solutions to meet organisational goals. A strong focus of this role is on collaborating with stakeholders across Synergy to identify and define business needs and translate these into clear requirements, ensuring alignment between business goals, processes and technical solutions.Key responsibilities of the role include:Investigates business circumstances and analyses problems to provide recommendations on potential opportunities for improvement.Follows agreed standards and applies appropriate techniques to elicit and document detailed requirements. Provides constructive challenge to stakeholders as required. Reviews requirements for errors and omissions.Works with the business and key stakeholders to prioritise requirements, categorising them into functional and technical requirements.
