The elements of a Pro B operator’s responsibility that service the customer are:Performance of processes at or beyond standard (100% + efficiency)Manufacturing quality parts as defined by product specification and documentationComplying with the safety policies of the company and working to achieve an accident free environmentA Pro B operator participates in the continuous efforts to improve our process and quality so that Woodstream can successfully meet the customers’ expectations. As such, they will exhibit the following behaviors:Identify problem areas that are focused on Throughput, Quality, and SafetyParticipate with Manufacturing and Engineering team members to define issues, suggest solutionsSuccessfully implement chosen solution both individually and as part of the teamA Pro B operator is part of a team, their performance impact that of their teammates and Woodstream’s ability to support the customer’s needs.
