To reinforce our current team, we are actively looking for a dynamic Inside Sales & Training Coordinator.Your missionJoining a young and dynamic team, you will report to the Head of Business Development. It is a pivotal and diversified role, and your main tasks will include:Sales SupportOrder management (encoding, processing, tracking)Reactive answer to all customer queries (assistance with ordering process, web shop training, etc)Handling complaints and any customers issuesPayment trackingAdministrative management of quotationsTraining CoordinationAdministrative management of the various training booking platformsUpstream communication with customers to gather the necessary information and anticipate their needsManage the logistics of several training sessionsCommunication with internal teams to meet their various needs (Business Development, Sales, Product...)Scheduling of various service providers to ensure smooth running of training sessions and customer experience:Coordination of travel between arrival points and hotel/training centerHotel reservationManagement of catering servicesEvaluation and continuous improvement of logistics processesContingency managementManagement of supplies and training materials (stock control, badge/diploma printing, etc.)Ensuring the visibility of training schedules to the various Solar Screen departmentsInside SalesSupport the Business Development team in selling trainings via “Upsell”Develop and implement persuasive sales strategies, both by phone and emailContact future training customers to sell them additional training coursesFollow-up on online training (e-Training)Your ProfileFirst relevant experience with a polyvalent or similar roleExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills in French and EnglishComputer literate (MS Office, office management systems, etc.)Team spirit and ability to work independentlyOur offerStrong brands, among the European leaders in its fieldOpportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing international companyFlat organization with room for initiative- Brand new comfortable officesComprehensive training and development opportunitiesCollaborative and inclusive work environmentJobs.lu
