Job Description:Max term - 12 monthsSydney location with flexible workingBe a part of a world class teamHow will I help?The Business Banking Product Management team creates leading Business Banking Product propositions to meet Business customers banking needs while consistently meeting Group and regulatory compliance. The Everyday Banking Incidents and Issues Recitifications team is responsible for the design and delivery of all product rectifications that support Business customers day to day banking and savings needs. As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering fix and product development initiatives and projects across the Business Banking Everyday Banking Product.Key responsibilities:Design and deliver product and process development initiatives to address identified operational risk incidents and issuesWorking with multiple stakeholders to delivery and drive key aspects of the product portfolio, with a focus on fixing and simplifying the product portfolio and processesBe a subject matter expert and use in-depth knowledge of internal products and systems as well as competitors offerings to achieve portfolio outcomesWork in partnership with colleagues to define and agree the “why” and the “what” of how we successfully deliver rectification initiatives in line with Group and Regulatory policies while meeting product value propositions and delivering positive customer experienceEnsure rectifications of products and processes are designed with strong controls to ensure the avoidance of rework and recurrenceUse your product development and project management skills and help make Australian Businesses stronger, both now and in the future!What's in it for me?You will play an important and significant part in the future of a business that has been around for 200 years.
