Overtime once training is complete, will begin the sales aspect of the job to bring in clients under your wing and manage their logistics needs.Sales and Business Development:- Handle strategic sales approach by tactically respond to sales inquiries, by offering competitive pricing and customized solutions- Actively prospect, acquire and develop relationships with clients and carriers to drive growth- Work closely with internal team to enchase account growth and provide outstanding support- Potential on-the-road travel to meet new and prospect clients, conduct business reviews and strengthen relationshipsOperations and Logistics:- Manage your shipments comprehensively, ensuring exceptional customer service from start to finish- Handle all rate negotiations, pricings and quotes- Dispatch carriers, track and trace and support with clearancesQualifications- Minimum 1 year in Logistics industry in related role- Understands the different modes of transport (ocean, air, ground)- Experience with LoadLink is an asset- Exceptional customer service skills- A passion for sales and logisticsSummaryFocusing the Transport & Logistics industry, we are here to help you find the right job in this field.
