Job DescriptionEOS Creditable Investment Management (EOS CIM) is the Luxembourg investment platform for EOS Group. We follow a pan-European investment focus on Private Debt, particularly non-performing loans (NPL). Based in Mertert / Luxembourg, our newly formed dynamic team actively engages in all aspects of the investment fund cycle. Our mission is to ensure the seamless management of all EOS investments. We would like to encourage everyone to apply for a job with us.As a Legal & Compliance Professional, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organisation adheres to legal standards and internal policies.Your responsibilities include:Drafting or reviewing legal documents, preparing and reviewing board meeting agendas and minutes and handling written resolutions.Assisting in the incorporation of investment companies and funds, including liaising with notaries and reviewing/drafting articles.Organising and coordinating board/shareholder meetings.Preparing files for the Acceptance Committee and assisting in report preparation.Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and applying them to internal policies.Identifying and assessing compliance risks, proposing corrections, and following up.Performing AML/KYC controls on clients and investments.Handling statutory filings in RCS and RBE publications. Implementing and ensuring compliance with the Group’s compliance policy.You are the ideal candidate if you possess:University degree in law,Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within an investment firmGood knowledge of Luxembourg corporate and fund lawGood understanding of constitutional documents and legal documentation.Familiarity with the AIFMD framework and principles of alternative investment fund structures and regulations.Passion for complianceFluent in EnglishWhat we offerBe part of a dynamic team with a start-up feeling within a fast-growing family-owned group.
