GENERAL PURPOSEPerforms a variety of professional administrative and supervisory duties related to planning, organizing, directing and controlling the design, development and construction of city infrastructure. Directs project monitoring to insure compliance with standards and ordinances.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSSee the attached job description for the full list of essential functions.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS1. Education and Experience:A. Graduation from college with a bachelors degree in civil engineering;ANDB. Eight to ten (8‑10) years of progressively responsible experience directly related to above duties; Three (3) years of which must have been in a senior engineer or supervisory capacity;SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONSValid Utah Driver's License is required;Must be a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Utah.Graduate degree in business or public administration preferred.Job Posted by ApplicantProLayton City
