Reporting to the Project Quality Manager, the Quality Inspector will oversee the Subcontractors activities ensuring Quality Control surveillance and testing activities are carried out.The role will be based in Darwin, on a FIFO roster, 2 weeks on 1 week off.Who we areWe are a pioneering project delivery company. These are just a few words that describe you.Your focus will include:Ensuring the promotion, awareness and compliance to the Project Quality Management System is maintainedWorks cooperatively with Construction, Subcontractors, and Client QA Representatives in a team environment with transparent sharing of information to the benefit of the projectEnsuring quality documentation is implemented to ensure compliance with established codes, standards, client specifications and regulatory requirementsResponsible for the management and signing off on Inspection & Test PlansPerforms daily inspections in line with Project SpecificationsDocument daily inspectionsValidate quality competencies of individuals assigned to construction tasksWhat you will bring to the team:5 years+ industry experience in a similar role within an engineering and construction environmentCivil Engineer or Trade QualificationAuditor CertificationAbility to communicate in a disciplined and constructive mannerAbility to review and interpret technical requirements in the ContractsStrong commitment to safety and wellbeing of peopleOur benefitsWe have created an environment that brings out the best in our people.
