Or work every Saturday, Sunday and choose 3 weekdays to suit your lifestyle! As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will support the general operations, maintenance and safety of the QV precinct across retail and office.You will make impact byBeing the weekend Duty Manager, responsible for incident management and escalations on Saturday and Sunday.Liaising with tenant representatives and attending to enquiries, complaints and base building requirements.Delivering high levels of customer service to both customers and stakeholders.Conducting site and tenancy inspections, including common and back of house areas and plant rooms.Organising the repair and maintenance of internal and external building fixtures and fittings.Taking ownership of the end to end purchasing process.Ensuring the precinct is compliant and complies with Authority and Statutory requirements.Assisting the Operations team with maintenance contractors/staff to ensure the centre is correctly serviced to the Australian Standard specificationsAbout YouIdeally, you will come from a retail / property background and have 3+ years’ experience in a Facilities or, Operations role, bringing:Strong verbal and written communications skills.The ability to use initiative, take the lead and, execute tasks, prioritising as appropriate.A sound customer service orientation and collaborative approach to teamwork.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.Emergency procedures and incident management experience.Practical knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety Act and Safety Standards.Highly flexible and adaptable in a changing and demanding environmentA continuous improvement mindsetWhy choose Dexus?The Dexus culture and spirit is what differentiates us.
