This role has the responsibility of identifying gaps in process and improving them to increase overall performanceWhat you'll do:Implementation and OnboardingCreate and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets, and provide regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders.Define and document project scope and resource requirements.Define and manage priorities against the available capacity of team members.Provide governance and quality assurance of project deliverables (technical and non-technical), including oversight of project documentation.Monitor technical implementation risks and issues and develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure that projects stay on track.Manage client relationships and identify opportunities.Create a collaborative, innovative, and efficient working culture.Training and DevelopmentProvide input into the ongoing performance metrics of the Sales and Account Management TeamsDevelop and maintain existing SOP’s and effectively roll out to the teamsIdentify process gaps within Sales and Account Management and Sales Support and initiate changes.Ongoing Training of existing processes and any GTM strategiesEmployee EngagementHighly participative and innovative thought leadership within Tyro, and capable of engaging, consulting and creating strong business relationships to drive tangible business outcomes.Constructively promote the Tyro values and ensures team members and peers are respectfully treated, diversity in the workplace is recognised and team and individual performance is appropriately recognised to ensure operational plans are over-achievedWhat you'll bringDemonstrated experience creating and Implementing SOP’sExperience implementing and owning Sales/Account Management material (templates, sales collateral)Experience training existing Sales, Sales Support and Account Management teams on current and new processesAbility to assist with the GTM strategy of new productsExperience developing and owning the onboarding journey for Corporate/Enterprise customersPast work to drive marketing activities to drive revenue and improve conversionTyro Payments
