Archive documents.Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process including global mobilitySupport new employee onboarding by preparing orientation materials and assisting in the orientation process.Facilitate the offboarding process, including exit interviews and the return of company assets.Assist employees with benefits enrollment, inquiries, and claims.Collaborate with external providers to ensure smooth administration of employee benefits programs.Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and time-off requests.Handle LOA processGenerate and distribute timesheets, track timesheets preparing ground for payroll execution.Support payroll instructions and execution by maintaining accurate employee recordsServe as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information.Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and announcements.Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports, compliance documentation, and audits.Co-ordinate HR-related invoicing end-to-endPrepare overtime notifications.Handle external background check requests.QualificationsProven experience in HR administration or a related role, preferably in Luxembourg or any other European countries, ideally in an international company.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Team-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Fluent in English oral and written (any other European languages is an advantage).HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.Knowledge of social security and labor law and their application in Luxembourg or/and BeneluxFluent French is preferred.Additional InformationAn exceptional compensation package along with relocation support to help you move to the Grand Duchy.Your health is our wealth: private health insurance and free gym membership.On top of the minimum 26 vacation days, we also provide additional days the longer you work for us.We offer breakfast for our employees every day to help them begin the workday.The opportunity to see your work directly contribute to the success of the company.When you grow, we grow: You have the chance to attend events, meetups, and other perks for your professional growth.You’re joining a family and you are going to look the part!
