Account Executive - Commercial TeamReporting to - Tony Hart CSOHybrid Office Working - Decided on by managerFull time Role - 5 Days per weekOption for Core Hours - 9am - 3pm (25 Hours per week - Salary is pro rata’d)Sales Bonus AvailableJob summaryWe're looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to join the Pax2Pay commercial team. You would manage and expand our current client relationships. Using exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills you will build strong partnerships with our existing clients and help us achieve our revenue targets.Your regular objectives and activitiesImplement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of clientsProactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accountsBe comfortable calling clients on the phone and directly reaching out to clients - This is a core part of the jobConduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure Pax2pay’s solutions align with their objectivesFoster and maintain strong client relationships built on trust, transparency, and mutual respect.Keep track of and update your own KPIs. KPI’s will be set around call numbers and effectiveness.Collaborate with the sales team, customer support and our developers, to ensure a seamless client experience to achieve ambitious company goals.Skills and qualificationsDeep understanding of the Pax2pay solutionBe very comfortable on the phone and be comfortable initiating and driving client conversationsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersA proactive problem solving approachExceptional communication skillsSelf motivated with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, flexible approaches, and ability to work as independently and as part of the commercial teamPax2Pay Ltd
