The schools are looking for an SEMH Teaching Assistant who endeavour to ensure children reach their full potential, through high standards of teaching and learning.This is a SEMH Teaching Assistant role that will put you into challenging, sometimes Anti-Social contexts that will build your foundations of experience. With this LSA role starting after, de-escalation and the language around it is incredibly important!September start dateEducation and Training providedPay: £460 -£500 per weekFull time 8:30am to 3:45pm.Graduate role aimed at aspiring Clinical Psychologist to aspiring Youth/Criminal justice officersSEMH Teaching Asssitant Requirements:Personal/Professional experience with children and/or young people is desirable but not essentialA caring individual with energy, drive and enthusiasm.Ability to work as part of team, alongside teaching and support staff within the Luton SchoolsWilling to support a pupil with personal care where necessary.Able to use their initiative to support learning.Passion to support children and young people with special educational needsWhat you'll need as a SEMH Teaching Assistant:Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to get one.Eligibility to work in the UK.Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification, at level 2 or above.Live locally to LutonIf you are passionate about this SEMH Teaching Assistant role within Luton or want to kick-start your career in the education and training sector apply or send your CV to be considered for this role.Academics
