You will be using your excellent customer service skills, relationship management and technical acumen to deliver against the following responsibilities:Leverage substantial expertise and experience as a subject matter expert to recommend Telstra’s Business products and solutions to customer portfolio. Provide advice and support to internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.Gather relevant sources of information and insights from internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and consultation regarding development of customer solutions.Apply a breadth of knowledge gained via industry trends and competitive marketplace analysis to provide input into multi-product customer deals and accordingly develop business strategies for revenue generation.Make a strong contribution to the development of compelling proposals, relating to the value proposition for customer offers, while maintaining the protection of Telstra’s commercial interests and ensuring business plans continue to meet company goals.Proactively engage with cross-functional teams to participate in or advise on commercial / solution requirements, assist in new solution introduction, development, management and release activities.Provide expert guidance on the effective use of technology and solutions in order to achieve business outcomes in alignment with business requirements.Support the broader TBTC Account management team with technical support and knowledgeMeet individual and team sales and performance KPIs.About YouTo be successful in the role, you'll bring skills and experience in:Relevant experience selling B2B in Telstra or other telecommunication companyExperience working in a TBTC as a technology advisor or other relates sales roles with ability to deliver simplex and complex salesProven sales experience working in fast paced SAAS and Technology industryHigh levels of contracts negotiation and pricing skillsHighly analytical with advanced reporting skillsKey interest in ICT and the future technology landscapeMultitasker who can adapt to a variety of scenarios and situationsExceptional internal and external stakeholder management skillsHigh levels of written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and time management skillsEmbrace, adopt and utilise Telstra tools and technology to enable better business processesDemonstrated commitment to relationship building and working in partnership with key stakeholdersExcellent communicator with strong interpersonal, engagement and presentation skillsUnderstand the impact of your role and will think out of the box to deliver resultsShow initiative, enthusiasm and pride in work and display resilience in a change environmentWillingness to travel to customers in West SydneyIf you are looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!When you join our team, you become part of a welcoming and inclusive community where everyone is respected, valued and celebrated.
