Your OpportunityRegis Sandgate has multiple opportunities for Food Services Assistants (FSAs) who are vital in providing efficient, high-quality catering support services within our Home. The FSA is dedicated and passionate about supporting our clinical and care teams in delivering nutritious meals and refreshments to residents while ensuring the highest food safety and hygiene standards. The FSA works with the clinical and care services team to create a positive dining experience for residents, promoting their health and wellbeing.Regis Sandgate is part of a delightful community oasis, set inside the Campus, we have 3 homes - Griffith (dementia specific home), Musgrave and Lucinda. The campus is accessible by public transport and is in close proximity to shops. Our Campus offers free car parking and an onsite cafe. Our site is currently looking to recruit a Food Services Assistant.What you will bringPrevious experience in providing catering assistance or hospitality in a similar role is desirable but not essential.Demonstrated knowledge of Australian Food Standards and Food Safety.Good communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and accurately and to communicate effectively.Work as a team member, able to prioritise and adapt to various ways of supporting residents.Digital literacy.Why work for us?Enjoy a flexible working environment to balance your life and wellbeing.
