NLHealthServices.caJob SummaryRotating through Biochemistry, Hematology, Transfusion Medicine and if required, Microbiology, the Laboratory Technologist I performs routine and complex laboratory testing; performs phlebotomy when required; runs Quality Control following established procedures and keeps appropriate documentation. Performs routine preventative maintenance procedures on various laboratory instruments and keeps appropriate documentation. The candidate promotes Patient Safety initiatives through strict application of Eastern Health Policies.
