This is a dynamic role in which you will be responsible for the day to day care of clients, including processing policies, product management, and responding to customer inquiries or concerns.The Role:Calling members to discuss their benefit packagesManaging customer accountsAssure complete customer satisfaction throughout the entire processWork with clients to resolve claims.
