That’s why SickKids Foundation is looking for a new Manager, Brand Marketing.Position Status: Temporary Full-Time (12-month contract)Available: ImmediatelyDescription of the Position:The Manager, Brand Marketing is primarily responsible for leading SickKids Foundation’s integrated brand marketing campaigns as well as strategic partnership with the Corporate and Community Partnership portfolios working directly with fundraisers and related support teams. They will also take ownership of the end-to-end campaign management process for acquisition campaigns, from awareness all the way through to conversion and results tracking. The Manager reports to the Associate Director, Brand Marketing and is responsible for leading and management of an Associate.You will:Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners who work on our integrated brand campaigns, overseeing media planning, creative development and production, and be responsible for results tracking and post-campaign reporting, with support from the Associate Director, Brand MarketingHave overall accountability and leadership for end-to-end campaign management on acquisition campaigns, ensuring that campaigns are set up effectively to drive and track results in line with SickKids Foundation reporting systems and processesTake ownership of at least one acquisition campaign, with support from the Associate Director, Brand Marketing and Associate, Brand MarketingProvide strategic support to the Corporate and Community Partnerships teams, enabling fundraisers from Core Corporate, Cause Marketing and Community Partnerships to reach their fundraising goals, with support from the Associate, Brand MarketingProvide day-to-day support and proactively act as a service-oriented point of contact to identify solutions and increase the value of services offered by the Brand Marketing team to assignment teamsWork directly with fundraisers to help drive results on initiatives such as Workplace Giving and Go FundraiseIn partnership with the Activation team, lead on developing assets and toolkits to support Corporate and Community Partnerships fundraisingLead and manage an AssociateRequired SkillsQualifications:While we know that for any job posting no one candidate will possess the qualifications being sought in equal measure, below is an outline of the qualifications we believe are important for a candidate to bring to the position or for the successful candidate to develop while in the role:Degree in Marketing/Communications or related field5+ years in progressive marketing roles with understanding of marketing strategy and support, overall media landscape, including digital and brand advertisingPrior experience at an advertising agency will be considered an assetAbility to lead and execute creative development and production processesKnowledge of creative design concepts including graphic design, print productionExcels at building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholdersStrong collaboration and cross-functional influencing skillsExperience managing and working collaboratively with creative agenciesSuperior attention to detail as well as excellent verbal and written communications skillsA “hands on” creative and dynamic approach for delivering project results with a focus on best practicesStrong project management and performance measurement skillsAbility to think strategically and problem-solving skillsStrong analytical skillsAbility to manage a large volume of work while thriving in a fast paced, high expectation environmentAbility to manage multiple projects and demands at a timeHighly proficient in use of Microsoft 365We’re looking for a passionate individual who is interested in moving the dial and making a difference.
