DescriptionThis Talent Acquisition Coordinator Position Features:Great Pay from $45K to $55K, based on experienceRequirements:- 3 years of progressively responsible human resources coordination experience and/or equivalent combination of related education and experience- General knowledge of Human Resources and recruitment theories, practices, legislation and resources- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and Recruitment Management Systems.- Manages, facilitates and assists in the recruitment and hiring processes, activities and results.- Must have a vehicle as this role is not transit accessibleResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:o Administratively posts new positions in the Recruitment Management system.o Experience with High Volume recruitment in a skilled trades environment is a MUSTo Ensures position posting requests are properly approved.o Pre-screens new applicants, when necessary.o Draft and reviews offer letters to ensure accuracy and confirms approval to proceed.o Initiates and monitors background checks to ensure completeness and compliance.o Facilitates administrative pre-boarding tasks.o Using a detail oriented, and resourceful approach investigates, monitors and responds to information requests.o Provides support to managers, supervisors and recruiters to ensure application of recruitment practices, programs, policies and regulationso Researches, analyzes, and compiles recruitment statistics and reports as required Supports the design, implementation and ongoing delivery of recruitment programs and initiatives.o Maintains and updates various documents on a regular basis, such as organizational charts, job descriptions, open positions reports, etc.Apply for this great position as a talent acquisition coordinator today!AppleOne
