Overlooking the city skyline and Roma St Parklands, the Hotel features 179 spacious guest rooms with generous open-aired balconies, modern amenities, an outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, and an alfresco-style restaurant and bar.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Attendant who thinks outside the box and wants the opportunity to make our Food & Beverage outlets the heart & soul of our Hotel.In this role you will:Be the ‘face’ of our restaurant, Osteria RomaWelcome both in-house and external guestsProvide consistent and high-quality serviceBe an active promoter of Osteria Roma and assist in implementing ways to drive revenue within our food and beverage outletsRun breakfast, lunch and dinner service, including conferencing and events as requiredBring flair and passion each and every dayBe given the opportunity to have your say and bring new ideas to the teamMaintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentationPromote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practicesQualificationsResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in QLDAn entrepreneurial style and drive for café-restaurant operationsExperienced and passionate about making a good cup of coffee that keeps guests coming backFlexible availability to work during the week including weekends and public holidaysAdditional InformationWhy work for Accor?We are far more than a worldwide leader.
