The role requires you to manage a team of around ten people, ensuring they are suitably prepared to arrive at our client's site to complete our installation works within the programmed timescales. As the supervisor, whilst our installations are taking place, your main priority is to ensure our H&S procedures are followed, to ensure the safety of our teams, our client, and the public always.This role requires our teams to be flexible as the service we provide is available to our clients 24/7/365 days a year. As such this will involve you working days, and occasional weekends.Essential Experience:The ability to work alone and as part of a teamThe ability to work at heightsFull driving license - No more than 6 pointsTravel and stay away from the UKThe role will be 80/20 split between the site and, depot workExperienced in the supervision of onsite worksWorked within a Highways environmentThe ability to prioritise their own and the activities of othersDesirable Experience:Basic electrical knowledgeBasic knowledge of traffic signals theory (phases/stages/detection)Desirable Qualifications:City and Guilds, qualification or equivalent in highway installationsSector 8 Accreditation, Health, and Safety qualifications, including NRSWA, G39, and ECS)IT literateTraining:Where required, we may need you to attend some additional supervisor training courses to aid you in developing in this role.You must have the right to work in the UK and have a maximum of 6 points (preferably clean / no bans in the past)HB People Recruitment & HR Specialists
