If you're passionate about agile methodologies and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, this role is perfect for you.Programme Leadership: Manage IT transformation programmes / change, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Collaboration: Work closely with technologists, engineers, and senior stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in product delivery processes within the Product and Portfolio team.Agile Methodologies: Apply agile and scrum methodologies to manage project tasks and workflows efficiently.Problem Solving: Address and resolve project-related issues, ensuring smooth progress and mitigating risks.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with C-suite executives, PMs, and directors on project status and developments.Resource Management: Optimise the use of team resources to maximise project impact and effectiveness.Strategic Leadership: Guide the long-term vision of IT transformation projects, aligning strategy with organizational goals and anticipating future trends for sustainable growth and innovation.One of the largest software companies in the UK|Rapidly Growing BusinessProven Experience: Demonstrated work experience in programme management at scale, particularly within tech/IT environments, with a focus on transformational projects and change delivery.Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of the software delivery life cycle, including how products are built and delivered. Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies at scale is essential.Leadership and Organizational Skills: Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management abilities, with a history of successfully navigating and steering teams through startup or ever-changing environments.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with technologists, engineers, and senior stakeholders such as Senior PMs and C-suite executives.Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using project management software tools.Transformation Experience: Experience in leading significant change and transformation projects, with the ability to amplify efforts, execute, and deliver results within a relatively small team.Product and Portfolio Team Fit: Comfort in a startup-like environment, with the ability to modify products and drive improvements without being hindered by extensive processes.One of the UK's largest Private Equity fuelled software company.
