The Corporate Sustainability Coordinator provides administrative and hands-on support for CG’s overarching Sustainability Strategy, while assisting various business-wide social and environmental reporting initiatives.The Corporate Sustainability Coordinator will be responsible for data management and reporting, research, and programmatic support across many of our sustainability initiatives. You possess a strong knowledge in Sustainability, and thrive on keeping information, people and processes organized with a positive attitude.What You'll Do:Responsible for keeping timelines and projects on trackAssist with budget tracking by being responsible for processing invoices and POsProvide administrative support for all Sustainability related projects and activities (ie- waste diversion, carbon accounting, utility data management, regulatory research, industry analysis etc.)Assist ESG reporting in the organization with consistent data collection processesSupport data collection by relevant departments and external stakeholders for Canada Goose’s annual submission to the Higg Index BRM, FEM, and FSLMAssist with our annual ESG Report needs including alignment to recognized standards (e.g., GRI and SASB), content and asset management, and quality assurance of dataAssist with responding to internal and external requests relating to our sustainability metrics (e.g., retailer sustainability questionnaires)Support our environmental initiatives by assisting with our annual GHG emissions inventory, reporting on our progress to Net Zero, and ensuring internal PFM claims are being tracked and requirements are metManage general department administration needs as requiredLet's Talk About You:3+ years of relevant corporate experience in Sustainability or ESG, preferably in retail, consulting, or financePost-secondary degree in Sustainability, Accounting, Business, Environmental Engineering or equivalent experience in a related fieldEnjoys working with data with advanced analytic and reporting capabilitiesKnowledge and experience with applicable global sustainability standards (Higg Index, GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD)Understanding of ESG reporting, both in terms of legislation and investor expectationsAdvanced skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI and ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and proven project management abilitiesExtremely detail oriented with creative problem-solving skillsThrives working in a fast paced, energetic, and collaborative environmentPassionate about creating efficiencies and enhancing business outcomesConsistently exhibit Canada Goose’s values by taking pride in being innovative, respectful, passionate, accountable, and entrepreneurial while demonstrating personal commitmentAdditional InformationWhat’s in it For You?A company built on Canadian roots and heritageYour work is recognized with a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards ProgramOpportunities for career growth through numerous internal and external programsRecognize and be recognized by your peers with our Goose Rewards & ICON RewardsBe a part of CG Gives.
