Trusted service.”Have an awesome team and systems support, with an average employee tenure of greater than 10-yearsWe’ll love that you are:Customer-oriented, with a genuine interest in and respect for others (helpful, respectful)Experienced with relationship-based sales in some fashion, preferably in the home improvement or flooring industryCompetent with math and technology (email, Google Suite, iPad, etc.) to measure spaces and compute flooring quantitiesWilling to travel in the TriadHold yourself to a high standard with an eagerness to learn and grow (hardworking)!CSM Retail Sales Professionals:Assist clients in need of professional guidance in selecting flooring and tileCreate & suggest design ideasMeasure customer jobs and calculate square footage & linear footageGenerate and following up on client quotes & ordersEnsure all of our customers have a first-class customer experienceExpand relationships and develop long-term satisfied customersThe Work Schedule:Yes, we work hard but we believe in balance. Our showroom is open 9-6 Monday - Friday and Saturdays 10-3. We are not open on Sundays or holidays. Our team works 40-hours per week, modifying their weekday schedules to cover alternating Saturdays in the showroom.Comp and Benefits:Our comp structure is base-plus-commission offering a bi-weekly salary with strong potential.
