Job Title: Export Sales ManagerLocation: NY/TX/LAType: Full timeSalary Range : 85k+ base + bonus+commissionJob Id: 141345Job Description:Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive export sales strategies for renewable resourcesIdentify new market opportunities and expand the company's global presenceManage and grow relationships with key international clientsNegotiate and close high-value contracts with international buyersAnalyze global market trends and adjust sales approaches accordinglyCollaborate with the logistics team to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipment of goodsEnsure compliance with international trade regulations and customs proceduresSet and achieve ambitious sales targetsCoordinate with other departments to optimize operations and customer serviceRepresent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry eventsPrepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior managementQualifications:Relevant experience in sales within the logistics industry is preferred.Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields.7+ years of experience in international sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Proven track record in export sales, preferably in the renewable resources sector.Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with a good network of industry contacts.Possess market analysis and judgment abilities, as well as a strong customer service orientation.Strong understanding of global markets, international trade regulations, and logisticsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsProficiency in CRM software and MS Office suiteWillingness to travel internationally (up to 50% of the time)SkillsStrategic thinking and analytical skillsLeadership and team management abilitiesCultural sensitivity and adaptabilityStrong customer service orientationAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProblem-solving and decision-making skillsAbout Us:Founded in 2009, IntelliPro stands as a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
