Summary:The Start Smart Team Lead will assist with training and achieving key performance metrics within their team. The focuses will include assisting with all new hire training as well as ongoing training with current coaches, ensuring proper financial increases, workshop strategies/ attendance and client engagement during calls.Qualification Needs:If an internal employee must have a background of “A” Player PerformanceAt least 3-5 years of Fixed Operations experienceAt least 2 years of leadership experience, including training and coaching.Has developed and trained staff in the pastStart Smart Team Leader Responsibilities:Assist in training and education of new coaches assigned to their team.Hold Monthly one on one calls with each coach to determine areas of needed improvement.Assist current Start Smart coaches with difficult or slow implementing dealers.
