You will report to the Legal Wealth Management Team Leader.Prepare legal advice with regard to Wealth Management activities (concerning mainly insurance, lending, civil, commercial, corporate and investor protection law aspects)Advise BIL Group on its duties and responsibilities in respect of these activities, in particular in relation to general banking, bank insurance, cross border, credit structuring / implementation and MIFID related regulatory aspectsDraft, review, negotiate any types of agreements in relation with the referred activitiesContribute to BIL group projects by giving the best legal recommendationsActively participate in the legal and regulatory developments within BIL group including the launch of new products in coordination with other departments (compliance, risks, product development, IT…)Provide support to the Head of Legal and team members on various mattersYour skills:University degree in law (BAC+5) , CCDL is an assetKnowledge of Luxembourg law and/or its surrounding countries' banking, legal and regulatory environment is a strong assetExcellent organization and coordination skills, combining attention to detail and an efficient overview of key questions and prioritiesFluency in English and French is mandatory.
