Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWithin a multicultural and dynamic team and reporting to the Head of Customer Service, you are the main point of contact of a large portfolio of international customers.Your main tasks will include:Manage the entire order process of the customers (estimates, order intake and follow-up, payment, claims, … )Be the main contact person of the customer & built a trustful personalised relation with themProcess all kind customer requests & coordinate internal follow-up of those requestsDiversified tasks which will depends on the day-to-day needsYour ProfileYou are perfectly business fluent in English. Any other European language will be a big plus.You have a strong experience as Customer Service Representative within fast-moving environmentYou can handle stress and you are recognized for your excellent communication skillsYou know how to use MS Office and your are at ease with IT Tools in generalYou like teamwork and use your initiativesJobs.lu
