In this role, you'll bring BIG W Market trade initiatives to life, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop dynamic marketing activities that respond to and anticipate customer demand. By providing insights and optimisations to drive our Marketplace commercial ambitions, you'll directly contribute to our purpose of making a real difference for families through real value, real solutions, and real care that build customer advocacy and also deliver commercial benefits.What you'll doLead end-to-end execution of key BIG W Market trade events (e.g. Black Friday, Toy Sale) that drives online sales and customer engagementPromote and drive trade with internal ecosystem partners like MyDealCollaborate with BIG W Marketing and BIG W X to create cohesive marketing plans and calendars that align with broader business objectives and effectively promote trade eventsPartner closely with BIG W Market delivery and Woolworths Market Plus teams to drive trade marketing initiatives and optimise sales performanceSpearhead short-term marketing efforts that attract new customers and enhance their engagement with the BIG W brand, focusing on bottom-funnel resultsCollaborate with Everyday Rewards to leverage the program's capabilities and provide more value to our membersAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will be an experienced marketplace marketing manager or e-commerce expert who is up to date with the latest digital trends and best practices. You'll have an excellent understanding of customer journeys and how we can enhance performance to drive awareness, acquisition and retention of customers.
