PROCUREMENT DORA OFFICERResponsibilities and activities:Conduct a thorough review of current supplier agreements to identify areas that need alignment with DORA EU regulations;Execute and implement the necessary changes and updates to contracts to ensure compliance with DORA EU standards;Draft addenda to contracts, communicate with suppliers, track signatures, and register signed addenda in our contract database;Adding DORA-compliant provisions in third-party contracts;Coordinate with legal counsel to follow-up on required contractual changes;Maintain and monitor a report of active contracts and track activities to ensure all contracts are compliant with DORA EU regulations;Prepare and maintain accurate records of all contracts and supplier agreements;Work closely with finance, legal, and other relevant departments;Provide support and guidance to internal teams on contract and vendor management, incorporating DORA EU compliance;Address and resolve any compliance issues or disputes with suppliers promptly;Organise supplier meetings to address compliance issues and implement necessary changes;Regularly communicate with suppliers to follow-up on the status and to ensure they understand and comply with DORA EU requirements;Collaborate closely with the DORA project manager to ensure alignment and integration of compliance activities with overall project goals and milestones;Additional business support activities:Support the business with reviewing and updating business continuity plans and exit plans;Documenting & updating the risk assessment of critical functions and assets;Updating a KPI report for third-party relations;Enhancing incident response and recovery procedures to meet DORA standards;Experience and required skills:Proven experience in contract and vendor management (at least medior or senior profile);Excellent communication skills;Strong time-management and organising abilities;Knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to contracting, including DORA EU laws is a plus;If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact us at or by phone at +352 20 61 04.BlackRidge Group
