Job Description
Main Job Responsibilities:Generate required paperwork, including Bill of Lading, customs paperwork, and pro forma invoices.Coordinate daily product movements with sales and customers.Confirm product availability & build loads in the JDE system.Coordinate with the warehouse for orders with fittings.Pre-call customers before shipment, as required.Perform data entry in JDE and DSI systems.Communicate with customer service via email and phone calls.Research and resolve purchase order issues and complete necessary corrections.Track proof of delivery.Participate in monthly and year-end inventory processes.Ensure all third-party personnel have completed the onsite safety video and required safety sign-off.Complete any other duties assigned by the supervisor.Required Skills & Abilities:Previous experience with JDE is an asset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).Strong mathematic skillsValid forklift license & Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Inspire Talent Consulting
