Join the passionate team at Workways delivering employment services across Australia!Job DescriptionHuman Resources OfficerThe Human Resources Officer supports the HR function in the delivery and administration of all generalist HR activities. This includes the provision of a timely, customer-focused HR service, which supports the organisations overall strategic aims and ensuring the ability to attract, retain develop and support an engaged and productive workforce.Who are we?Workways Australia - we get people connected. Workways is a community focused organisation committed to making a positive social and economic difference for those living and working in our communities.About the role:Location: Based in Gippsland, Victoria or Brisbane, Queensland - Hybrid options available.Contract Type: Permanent Full TimeAs an HR officer you will facilitate the end-to-end recruitment activities such as advertising of positions, liaising with candidates, generating contracts and tracking onboarding documentation.
