Your position will include supporting the Customer Service team to achieve their KPIs, monitor call activity, assist with the training of new staff and resolve escalations.Their modern, spacious offices are based near the Metropolitan line, and have free on-site parking, making it convenient for all commuters.Working Hours: Monday - Friday – 07:00 - 15:00Hybrid working (2 days in the Watford office and 3 days from home).Please note, you must be fluent in Swedish to be considered for this role.Main duties to include:To motivate the team and be their first point of contact for any queries or escalationsWork with the team to achieve KPIsMonitor call time and qualitySupporting customers with technical queriesManaging a shared inboxDaily reporting and analysisSupport with the onboarding of new staffCandidate requirements:Fluent in Swedish and EnglishExperience within a customer service roleFull rights to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)Warm, friendly, calm and professional telephone mannerAttention to detailAble to commute to WatfordPlease note, you must have rights to work in the UK to be shortlisted for the position.Looking for the next step in your career?
