Vestas are looking for for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic Site Administrator to work in our operations team. This role will support our Collector wind farm. This role can be undertaken by someone based close to one of our regional wind farms or with a flexible location agreement.Vestas are the global leader in wind power solutions. Record information of incoming stock items, including checking quantities, recording locations, filingRaise, maintain and reconcile Site based Purchase Orders along with Purchase Order registerReconcile expenses, including corporate credit cards and maintain corporate card expense registerOrganize annual training for Vestas Site based employeesSupport Site Manager, QSE Professional and QSE Administrator to ensure all compliance of WHSMP, ERP are well documented and prepared in an accurate and timely mannerArrange all Emergency equipment required for Site.
