We trust our people to deliver, so when you work with OES, you will join a team who are empowered to impact every day.The OpportunityThis role is for a 12 month contractThe Lifecycle Specialist role is central to our mission of fostering personalized student engagement and nurturing relationships that enhance lead conversion and bolster student retention. The role involves developing strategies for new journeys and optimising existing journeys, through gathering insights and input from key stakeholders across the business. Working closely with the Marketing Automation team and agency partners, the Lifecycle Specialist then oversees the implementation within the OES Martech stack.What You Will DoWith the Marketing Automation Manager, guide the integration and utilization of our Customer Data Platform (CDP), establishing a strategic roadmap for personalized student journeys.Partner with the automation, content, and communications teams to develop and refine student journey mapping and reporting, facilitating workshops to align stakeholders on content strategy, messaging, and segmentation.Oversee the briefing process end-to-end, collaborating with stakeholders and external agencies to expedite the deployment of marketing initiatives.Provide insights and present on campaign progress based on campaign reports and dashboardsCollaborate on the marketing strategy and execution with a variety of teams who are responsible for acquisition, retention and ongoing student support.About YouMinimum 3 years experience in a Lifecycle Specialist/Strategist role creating complex customer journeys from end-to-endTertiary qualification in a marketing or business discipline,Experience using Marketing Automation software (eg, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and analytics toolsAbility to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and articulate technical issues to non-technical audiencesAbility to handle multiple tasks and take accountability for those tasks, prioritising them appropriately whilst maintaining a strong dialogue around progress on projects and issues.Experience with complex data structuresKnowledge in HTML/CSS and Salesforce Ampscript/ Javascript coding will be highly regardedWhat’s In It For You?As an employer, our values underpin everything we do; Agility and Innovation, Passion and Perseverance, Teamwork and Collaboration, and Integrity.Along with joining a passionate, energetic and highly skilled team, this role will allow you to gain exposure to many growth and development opportunities.OES offers a hybrid, flexible approach to work, where we work 2-3 days from our state-of-the-art Cremorne office, and the rest from home (or wherever you choose!).
