With the changing times, we have embarked on an innovative journey to develop Next Generation Products that meet the diverse needs of Consumers worldwide.Within our Leaf & Blending service, the Junior Manager, Leaf & Product Development is involved in all activities related to Raw Tobacco Purchasing.Your mission:Maintain recipes and specifications for all products sold by HVL group (cigarettes, fine cut, CBD products, nicotine pouches, heat-not-burn products, etc.) to fulfil Regulatory, Consumer And Market requirements at optimum costActively support the development of new product recipes and specificationsFulfil all tasks related to purchase, delivery, storage and supply to HVL group entities of raw tobacco in direct communication with leaf suppliers and service Providers to ensure continuity and security of raw tobacco supply to productionSupport ensuring quality coherence and consistency of purchased leaf as well as quality and consistency of affected tobacco blendsExecute administrative activities related to raw tobacco stock management and reporting to help ensure production in line with business requirementsSupport the budgeting process in line with business requirements to ensure security of leaf supply at optimum cost and profitabilityYour profile:Fluent in English, German and French are more than welcomedMS Office skills (word, Excel, Powerpoint.
