We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voiceJob DescriptionProject manager to oversee construction works on-site to include managing stakeholders, schedule, risk, safety, quality, communications etc.Support lead project manager in other project deliverables.Coordinate with contractors, consultants and other key stakeholders of the projectLead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interfaceDeveloping working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completionManaging the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectationsReviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.Managing project safety and environmental requirementsManaging project timelines, risks and reportingManaging project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on trackChairing project/site meetings with clients, consultants and contractorsBeing engaged with marketing and business development initiativesCo-ordinating vendor scope with overall project delivery.QualificationsA minimum of 5-10 years project management experience, preferably gained within the hi-tech/data centres environment mentioned above.Professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.Has obtained chartered status or on path to achieving this.A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project conception stage, through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review.Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.Design, management or construction experience gained within the general construction environment. ideally residential, office, fit outs and health & educationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
