Job DescriptionWorking for our client, a bank based in Kirchberg, the primary role is to assist clients, including institutions and investment vehicles, with their account operations. This includes due diligence for account opening, executing instructions and transactions, handling queries, generating reports, conducting controls, and performing periodic reviews.ResponsibilitiesEntering client instructions into the core system (cash and securities).Handling requests from clients and fund service providers.Controlling and monitoring recurring fees for funds and insurance client activities.Liaising with the Depositary Oversight Team as necessary.Interacting with external Transfer Agents, central Administration, and Management Company operations.Performing end-of-day controls.Conducting and/or validating KYC and AML/CFT analyses for account opening and investor onboarding.Participating in project development within the department.Ensuring compliance with the bank’s procedures to meet regulatory and risk requirements.Taking initiatives and generating new ideas in line with the bank’s strategy to maintain high service levels in changing business circumstances and continuously optimize internal workflows.Profile :At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (custody/fund services, transfer agent, account management assistance, back office, transaction department, IT and organization).Professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.High flexibility and ability to handle various tasks across different fields.Team-oriented attitude.Good knowledge of the asset servicing industry (Depositary and Custody, Investment Funds).Thorough understanding of all relevant regulations (including UCITS V, AIFMD, MIFID II, CRS, PRIIP).Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Fluency in French and EnglishJobs.lu
