A person with a passion for what they do and a desire to be a part of a team that is constantly learning, growing and making steady progress toward determined goals.Minimum Requirements:An associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field. Candidates with incomplete degrees will be considered based on experience.Complete a fingerprint clearance card.Complete a 40-hour training program (conducted by a BACB certificant) based on the RBT Task List.Pass the RBT Competency AssessmentReliable transportation (proof of valid driver’s license and auto insurance required)Must be able to travel to multiple work sites, including offices, homes, schools, and other locations in the community.Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 35 pounds.The position requires physically prompting clients and requires the ability to move quickly from one location to another to support the client and staff.
