Job Title: Office AdministratorSchedule: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Flexible working hours available)Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays, plus your birthday!Salary: £25-30k, with a review after a 6-month probationLocation: Pershore WR10 1BYWe are currently recruiting for a small dynamic family run company who specialise within the foodservice industry.Your Typical Week:Order Processing: Focus on managing orders via texts and emails.Customer Onboarding: Ensure new clients have a smooth onboarding experience.Diary Management: Keep things organised and running smoothly.Account & Query Management: Handle customer accounts and resolve queries efficiently.Compliance Management: Oversee health & safety, quality control, and BRCGS management.Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers and manage relationships.Logistics Coordination: Manage third-party logistics and deliveries.Quoting & Invoicing: Send off quotes, allocate payments, and handle some invoicing.RequirementsClient Care:Answer calls and assist with incoming enquiriesManage customer orders and stock agreementsProcess sales orders and invoicesSupport customers with queries, document requests, and sample requestsHandle customer statements, credit control, and sales invoice postingSales Support:Manage CRM, diary, and visits for business developmentFollow up on sales pipeline opportunities, including enquiries, special sourcing, quotes, and samplesOversee customer onboarding and account managementSupply Chain Support:Manage supplier relationshipsHandle logistics, including importing, customs, and delivery managementOversee compliance management, including health & safety, quality control, and BRCGS managementReady to join a team where your contributions truly matter?
