Job DescriptionExciting opportunity to join S64 Ventures Limited (“S64”), a rapidly growing fintech business which provides financial solutions to enable private clients access to private markets. Ideally, you’ll have some transferable experience but more importantly you’ll demonstrate a strong willingness to learn. The candidate will join the Investor and Distributor Servicing team, based in Luxembourg. Investor and distributor servicing is a key part of the S64 offering we provide to our clients.Successful candidate will contribute towards Key Team Deliverables:Distributor ManagementManage the onboarding of distributors, including supporting the finalisation of associated legal agreementsEnsure KYD (Know Your Distributor) processes are thorough and completeSupport distributor fund data connectivity requirements (fund data platforms such as FE Fundinfo, Six)Support distributor trade order connectivity requirements (such as AllFunds, Clearstream, Calastone, Swift)Respond to distributor / nominee / financial intermediaries / platforms – queries, complaints.Manage trailer fee payments via administratorManage paying agentsManage portal access / dissemination of informationProduce periodic distributor reportsDistributor ServicesIdentify Distributor underlying investor requirements and project manage with the broader team resolution actionsSupport production of marketing pitch books and teasersInvestor Services:Best in class customer service and managing all types of investor queriesDevelop and implement a query management system, or adopt / repurpose existing S64 solutions specifically for Distributor and Investor query managementOversee efficient and comprehensive investor reportingInvestor subscription and onboardingChecking subs docs, AML / KYC docs, other investor eligibility docs (e.g. German semi-pro)Developing smart subscription document for S64’s investor portalRegulatory and complianceWorking to ensure the regulatory and compliance requirements of investor onboarding are metImplement and develop operating model for investor and distributor onboardingBuild out global support teamEfficient processes and standards including the use of technology solutions to support growth and scalabilityAssist with the development and rollout of S64’s proprietary technology for digital onboarding and processing of fund investorsDocumentation of proceduresPersonal CharacteristicsYou’re a self-starter and offer suggestions for activity that improves the product you work onYou’ll skilfully manage the demands and expectations of stakeholders and teams across the business, presenting your work and building relationships while representing your teamYou realise the value of face-to-face time and appreciate the interpersonal opportunities and improvements that can makeCollaboration is key and you’ll be an active contributor to our team culture.
