And we're absolutely committed to building a culture where our people can do just that.We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional as a Regulatory Officer and you will report to our Regulatory Manager.Purpose of RoleThe regulatory Administrative Officer is responsible for assisting with the timely and correct handling of matter concerning the day-to-day of all specific Regulatory requirements of the client such as FATCA-CRS, UBO Register, Mandatory Disclosure Rules, GDPR etc., including preparing such correspondence and other communication with clients, third parties and Vistra's teams.Key Responsibilities:Assist the client servicing units/teams with Regulatory matters (e.g. FATCA/CRS, MDR/DAC 6, UBO etc.) in their everyday work and under supervision of the regulatory managerAcquire a good understanding of regulatory requirements (as described above) and legal documentsEnsure the preparation of the client deliverables (as described above) on time with the required level of qualityBe involved in its own development by taking relevant trainingsAssist with technical matters reported by team membersMeet own chargeability targetsGet acquainted with client needs when performing Regulatory analysis and develop technical research capabilitiesUnderstand all the necessary to have Group and clients perform according to Compliance and AML rulesPrevious knowledge or experience in any Automatic exchange of information regime (e.g. FATCA/CRS, MDR/DAC 6), tax transparency rules (e.g. UBO, etc…) or tax AML would be appreciatedAttributes/Technical Skills:Be a team player and be supportive towards your colleaguesGood communication and organisational skills in order to meet tight client deadlinesProactive with a client service orientated attitudeAnalytical mind to understand potential queries and issuesAbility to solve problems and work independently and as a member of a teamAdhere to internal procedures at all timesPromote effective/efficient professional communicationProficiency with MS Office suiteFluent in EnglishRelevant Experience:Desirable: 0 to 2 years' relevant experience in LuxembourgEducation and Professional QualificationUniversity degree or equivalent certificationCompany Benefits:At our Luxembourg office, we believe in putting our employees' well-being first!
