Freixenet Copestick are a major player in the UK’s drinks market and the leading supplier of Sparkling wine. The company boasts an extensive portfolio across Still Wine, Sparkling Wine, Beer and Spirits.We are looking for a SAP Data Analyst to manage data across two business units, plan for future business and data changes, to work with wine suppliers for accurate data and be able to flex and adapt to the changing needs of the business within the company.We are dedicated to creating an open and inclusive working environment, and this starts with our recruitment practices. We welcome any requests for adjustments in our processes.Key Responsibilities· Data management across two business units· Creation of plan for processing and consolidating data· Data accuracy and uploading· Planning for future business and data changes· Working with wine suppliers for accurate dataFinancial Elements· Responsible for setting up and maintaining SAP products and pricing and Merlin· Upload annual price increases on SAP and Merlin· Responsible for costing and maintaining of the cost of materials in all plants on SAP & Merlin· Prepare an annual mass costing upload and release them for the new year at the year end· Maintain and control of Master data in SAP such as Procurement block, deletion flag for obsoletes· Master data and Pricing query management – resolve any errors in relation to processing Sales orders or MIGO/MIRO transactions caused by the Master data or the pricing issues· Create and maintain supplier master data (Non-wine suppliers)· Overseeing commodity codes· Create a link between Merlin and SAP· Ensuring consistent data for Vision and it closely links between Merlin and SAP· Establish excellent working relationships with other departmentsOperations Master Data· Create and extend new and existing SAP & Merlin materials· Data analysis of materials – investigating and amending material data· Creating and maintaining customer master data· Data analysis of customer master data – investigating and amending master data including customer hierarchies· Creating and maintaining supplier master data (wine suppliers)· Create purchase Info Records and Source lists· Plant and storage location set up· Monitoring inventory levels of SKUs for marking as obsolete.· Preparation of data files for mass upload· Other cleansing and planning activities as required.Requirements· Working knowledge of SAP and or Merlin is advantageous· Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability· A proficient level of Excel, e.g. V look ups & pivot tables· Good organization and time-management abilities· Analytical and multitasking skills· Able to flex and adapt to the changing needs of the business within the companyWe welcome applications from candidates who do not 100% meet the role requirements.Working Environment:Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekHybrid working, average of three days per week in the officePrimary work location is wheelchair accessible, with step free access and on-site parkingInterview Process:Stage 1Telephone or video introduction with Recruiter to discuss application, interest in role, and suitability for the role.Stage 2Interview with hiring manager and HR via Teams.Stage 3Interview with hiring manager and senior manager onsite.Benefits25 days holiday + 1 day off for birthday + public holidaysAdditional Company Pension ContributionsDiscretionary Annual BonusPrivate Health CoverEmployee Assistance ProgrammeLife Assurance – 4 x basic salaryIncome Protection InsuranceGroup Accident InsuranceCompany Maternity Pay – 13 weeks at full payPaternity Pay – 2 weeks at full payTime off for VolunteeringGenerous staff discountINDHPWillow HR
