You’ll have regular performance conversations with your manager, but we’ll also empower you to be personally accountable to achieve great results for yourself, your team, Group Technology and our customers.Job DescriptionWe have an incredible opportunity for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst!You’ll be joining a dynamic, hands-on team helping to support technology-based changes within the security environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone like you, with a keen interest in Cyber SecurityWhat you'll be doing:Liaising with different business teams to support the uptake of security platformsSupporting and implementing technology changes to platforms such as IdentityNow and ServiceNowTraining to support the Identity Now access management solution, with a view to train to move into a more technical development roleReviewing controls and reporting any risks identified within your day to day activitiesSupporting and analysing issues across mainframe, Wintel and database environmentsQualificationsWho we're looking for:Previous experience in areas such as identity lifecycle management, access management, single sign-on, identity federation, privileged access management, access certification – although if you simply have a passion for one of these areas we will train you further!Strong analytical skills and experience in developmentKnowledge of at least two of the following technologies is required Powershell, API’s/ REST, SQL Server, Linux command line and tools such as Putty/ Filezilla and PostmanSomeone that isn’t afraid to ask questions if they are unsure of the solution – the team are more than happy to helpSailpoint and/or mainframe experience would be a huge plus!Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
