Advancement to $24.50 once experience threshold met. Plus RSPAs a Video Monitoring Operator, you'll find yourself at the heart of our commitment to safety and security:Be the first line of defense, responding to intrusion alarms promptly using our Video Management Software (VMS) and established proceduresDeliver audio warnings to intruders; preventing crime before it takes placeKeep impeccable records of alarm events and actions taken in our monitoring software, ensuring clarity and accuracyExecute accurate and timely dispatching of calls to the right emergency contacts as specified by our clientsVerify the functionality of customer hardware using our Video Management Software (VMS) and promptly report any equipment issues to managementBe ready to tackle other affiliated duties as needed, offering variety and growthREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Available to work flexible shifts when necessary (evening, overnight, weekend and/or statutory holiday shifts)Available to work on a rotating scheduleMinimum High School DiplomaFluent in English, written and spoken.
