Utilise your leadership and development expertise to provide support and advice to the Courts Civil and Criminal Law branchOngoing, Full-Time opportunity to work with a high-performing and passionate team in the Victorian Public ServiceVPS Grade 4: $92,332 - $104,762 plus superannuation.About Us:Enforcement and Support Services (ESS) is a business unit within Fines and Enforcement Services, Department of Justice and Community Safety's Courts, Civil and Criminal Law group. ESS is responsible for managing the end-to-end infringement system in Victoria.ESS is responsible for the collection and enforcement of fines in Victoria and the administration of a range of social justice initiatives such as the Work and Development Permit Scheme (WDP). The WDP scheme provides vulnerable and disadvantaged people with a non-financial option to address their fine debt.About the Role:The Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of their team, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery in compliance with legal, policy, and procedural requirements and standards. The role involves providing technical advice and support to the team and internal and external stakeholders, as well as fostering team development and engagement.Some of your duties will include:Overseeing and managing the case management team and delivery requirements against key performance indicators.Managing complaints and related correspondence and ensure timely responses in accordance with legislation, policies, established guidelines and practices.Managing and maintaining excellent working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including WDP sponsors, enforcement agencies and other business units in order to promote confidence in the WDP Scheme and Infringements system, maintaining co- operation and ensuring high standards of service delivery.To learn more about this role before applying, please read the attached position description.About You:As an ideal candidate, you will possess:Demonstrated experience leading teams in a legislative or similar environment.Flexibility and Adaptability: Accept changed priorities without undue discomfort.
