Cooks must be enrolled in or have graduated from a culinary arts program or have a minimum of one year of restaurant or catering experience.All employees must:Have Saturday availability from April-June and September-December.*Seasonal availability from January-MayHave the ability to get to and from events in a timely mannerMaintain high grooming and appearance standardsHave a positive attitude*With the exception of religious reasons, in which case, accommodations will be made.The Party Staff offers more work than any other hospitality staffing company – we guarantee it. Apply today to take the next step in your career.Responsibilities:- Set up and break down catering events, including tables, chairs, and decorations- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner- Assist with food preparation, including plating and garnishing dishes- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering equipment and supplies- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests- Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food and beveragesRequirements:- Previous experience in catering or serving is preferred- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bartending skills is a plus- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipmentNote: This position may require working in a hotel or restaurant setting, depending on the specific job location.Pay Rates: $18/hr to $20/hrPowered by JazzHRThe Party Staff
