We are recruiting on behalf of a great business in central York, offering a fantastic opportunity for a Temporary Administrator to join their team. This role will be remote, but you must be able to attend the office for a day or two in the first week for training.WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOWSalary: £11.44p/hHours: Full Time, Monday to Friday 9 - 5Location: Remote, Office is in YorkDuration: 6 weeks - Starting Aug 5thMust hold a DBS certificate to be consideredPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESPerform administrative tasks such as handling phone calls, data entry, and maintaining confidentiality, ensuring customer-focused service and information governance.Serve as the primary contact for referrals and inquiries, support meetings and events, and assist in marketing and promotion efforts.Manage and update information systems, coordinate team activities, and produce activity reports using Microsoft applications and secure email portals.Prioritise tasks and manage workload independently, contribute to service development.General administrative duties.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESMust hold DBS.Administrative experience.High attention to detail.Great communication skills.Must be available for 6 weeks from August 5th.If you are ready to take on this exciting role, please apply now!
